IT'S GREAT TO BE IN A COMMUNITY, BUT NOT ALWAYS

Living together in a community can be difficult because everyone brings different emotions and experiences into the shared space. These emotions interact and create a shifting group dynamic. Without good communication and awareness, misunderstandings can grow, tension can build, and people may react to the overall atmosphere rather than the original issue.

Common Challenges

THE DREAM

Collective strenght,
efficiency

THE NIGHTMARE

Lack of
communication,
or structure

Resulting in...

division, disengagement, pressure, coercion

Energy, creativity
laughter

 Individual struggle, unspoken tension

Resulting in :

Atmosphere shift. Misunderstandings, emotional triggers, unresolved conflicts turning into tension, draining, hostility.

Support
belonging
companionship

Boundaries, dependancy

Resulting in :

Without clarity, people may feel drained, obligated, or trapped, and the sense of belonging can shift into feeling controlled or emotionally overwhelmed.

when there is shared awareness and healthy ways of processing emotions together, the same diversity of feelings can become a strength rather than a source of difficulty.

How Meditation and Sharing circles can help support Emotional Wellbeing in Communties ?

Connection beyong words

Energy. Everyone carries their own unique energy. When we come together as a group, it takes patience and a willingness to adjust as our individual rhythms begin to align. Sometimes, simply being together is enough. In that shared space, we reconnect with ourselves and become more aware of one another. Connecting does not necessarily needs words.

what aN Active MEDITATION session looks like

There are 19 different types of active meditation. Each meditation last for 1h and has its own music and characteristics, leading the participant to a state of meditation.

Active meditations are techniques that use movement, breath, danse, emotional release, voice, and silence, to clear mental clutter so stillness and awarness can arise naturally.
It's about letting your body move and your emotions come out freely first, so stress, stored feelings, and mental clutter can be released. Then you relax and quietly observe your thoughts and feelings, helping you understand and manage your emotions and mind more clearly.

Active meditations are known for leading to a change in ourselves, a calmer state, a clearer thinking process, a better understanding of our emotions, a way to replenish our ebergy each day, a way to oberve our patterns.

They were put together by Meditation teacher OSHO in India in the 1970s, then in the USA and developped to Europe.

Let's choose the meditation that is right for your community

The space opens 15 min before the meditation. Participants can enter the space and stretch or sit or get into the space. Then, Instructions are given to the group and the meditation starts. Each meditation lasts 1h. After the meditation, participants can stay in the room in silence to relax or carry on meditating or leave the room to socialise or ask questions.

Participants don’t need experience. You don’t need to know how to “meditate properly.” All you need is a willingness to show up fully. Step out of the mental noise. Shake off what no longer serves. It's an invitation to discover the silence that is already there beneath it all. A new meditation practice designed for modern life — and experience what becomes possible when you set yourself free.

This is not just a "meditation class” — but instead, a contemporary emotional reset practice for people who feel mentally overloaded and need a direct, embodied way to clear space and reconnect with themselves.

A space for modern stressed minds - active meditation as emotional technology for modern nervous-system reset.

In a world that constantly asks for your attention, energy, and reaction, moments of real release have become rare. This is an invitation to pause differently — not by forcing stillness, but by moving through what is restless, tense, and unresolved, so clarity can emerge naturally. If traditional meditation has ever felt inaccessible, frustrating, or simply not enough for the pace of modern life, this offers another way.

SETTLE INTO THE SPACE

The session begins with a short guided active meditation, which may include gentle movement or dancing with music followed by a few minutes of silent meditation. This helps participants arrive in the present moment, release tension, and settle into the space.

THE CIRCLE: STRENGTH THE COMMUNITY BOND

Participants are then invited to sit in a circle where everyone has the opportunity to share what is on their heart, without interruption, advice, or judgement. Each person is given around three minutes to speak while everyone else simply listens with presence and respect. Being deeply heard, and hearing others with compassion, can be a powerful way to reduce stress, build trust, and strengthen community bonds.

Depending on the group, optional chakra wisdom cards may be offered as a gentle reflective tool to support personal insight and conversation.

CLOSING THE SESSION : UPLIFTING TIME

The session closes with a short meditation and, if the group wishes, a gentle movement practice to help everyone leave feeling grounded, lighter, and connected. There may also be an invitation to share a consensual hug, with everyone's personal boundaries fully respected. For those who are comfortable, the session may end with an invitation to share a consensual hug
